Returns & Exchanges

What is your return window?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with tags attached.

Are sale items eligible for return?

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

How do exchanges work?
Contact us to reserve your replacement item. Approved exchanges must be returned within 10 days (20 days for international orders).

Product Care

Cordura® Care Instructions

We strongly recommend hand washing whenever possible.

Cleaning by Hand (Recommended)

  1. Remove loose dirt using a soft or medium hand brush.
  2. Wash with mild hand soap in lukewarm water. Use a brush if needed.
  3. Allow the bag to air dry slowly in a shaded area.

Washing Machine (If Necessary)

  1. Turn the bag inside out. Wash in cold water using dye-free, scent-free detergent on a gentle cycle.
  2. Avoid the spin cycle.
  3. Air dry slowly in a shaded area.

Important:

  • Treat oil or grease stains first with detergent and water.
  • Do not use harsh cleaning agents.
  • Do not bleach.

Helping with Interior Stickiness

Over time, the DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating may deteriorate, which can cause interior stickiness. This is a natural aging process.

To reduce stickiness:

  1. Gently remove the old coating from the interior using a sponge or cloth with rubbing alcohol. A scrub brush may be used if necessary.
  2. Wash the interior with Castile soap.
  3. Allow the bag to air dry in a shaded area.

To protect clothing or sensitive items, we recommend storing them inside plastic bags or pouch containers within your backpack.

Repairs

Do you offer repair services?

Yes, we offer repair services here in the United States. To get a quote, email us photos of your bag. We'll assess your gear and will do our best to restore it to working condition.

If you're located outside the U.S., we recommend visiting a local repair shop.
